Color Challenge #2

color challenge

So after experimenting last week, I decided to try a randomized color combo from http://www.mycreateink.com/. It’s a great site if you want to try to push the envelope on your creativity. I hit surprise me, and boy it did. The combo was Chocolate Chip, Pear Pizzazz, So Saffron, Crushed Curry, and Pool Party. A random group of colors that I’m sure I would never have put together ever. As soon as I saw a light and dark of the same color, I knew Stippled Blossoms were the go-to set for this. (remember to pull out your stamp-a-ma-jig!) Then figuring how to make the Pool Party fit without being too out there and I think I didn’t do too bad with the sentiment and touch of seam binding ribbon it is there without being too much. I think I may have to do another color challenge for next time.
