Switching it up

So last time I used some scrap paper, this time I challenged myself to make a card that wasn’t the standard rectangle shape. So I chose to make a heart shaped wedding card instead. I folded my card in half then ran it through the big shot with one of the heart framelits. You have to be extra careful when you run it through to make sure that you don’t cut all your fold off and that you don’t damage your machine pushing two layers through. I then cut out the smaller heart from the middle and cut another heart out of Very Vanilla to put behind it. That piece is what I chose to put my image on. I thought it needed just a little something extra so I added the pearls and what you have is a cute and easy wedding card that is something just a little out of the ordinary.
